I’ve ordered from proteinpackage.co.uk maybe 3 or 4 times now, and one thing I really appreciate is how clear the allergen info is.
I have to avoid peanuts, so I don’t want to spend 10 minutes digging through tiny print or clicking around loads of pages. The labels and product pages make it obvious, which just makes shopping less of a hassle.

My orders have all turned up fine so far, usually without any drama, but the clear allergen labelling is probably the main reason I’ll keep going back

I’d probably give it 5 stars if there were a few more wallet options available, since that’s what I usually like to use

The filters could also be better, especially when you’re trying to narrow things down to specific protein products, because I had to click around more than I thought I would. That said, checkout was straightforward and I didn’t have any issues actually placing the order. Overall, it’s not a bad website at all, it just feels like it could be smoother and easier to move through.

I’ve tried so many protein powders and usually feel like I’m the one who gets stuck with the stuff that doesn’t do much, but this one has been good so far. I’m seeing decent gains and it seems to be doing what it’s supposed to. Hopefully it keeps working because I’d be annoyed if it suddenly stopped being useful like others I’ve bought.

I really appreciate how clear the ingredient list is. Everything is easy to find and read, so I do not feel like I am guessing what is in it. It makes ordering protein feel a lot simpler and more straightforward...

I was happy with the portion size. It was enough to fill me up without feeling like I overpaid, and based on my experience, it felt like a really good value.

Every time I go in, they’ve got what I need sitting right there. No waiting around, no “come back next week” nonsense. it’s nice dealing with a place that actually has its crap together.

My order got here quick, everything tasted fresh!! The chicken was good too... no weird smell or anything, which I really appreciate. I’m only taking off one star because the packaging was a little wet when it arrived?? Other than that, solid experience!!!

Protein Package has a decent bit to choose from, like protein bars, powders and snacky bits. They’ve got some brands I already like, which is handy, but I did see a few things were out of stock and some products didn’t have many flavours going. It’s fine if you’re after the normal protein basics, but I kinda wish there was a bit more variety. Overall it’s not bad, just not anything amazing.

I had to return a tub of protein because I’d accidentally ordered the wrong flavour. The return instructions weren’t totally clear to me at first, so I ended up emailing them and waiting a couple of days to hear back, which felt a bit slow.
